Please note that we do not offer refunds in the following situations: If our software does not operate due to modifications or alterations made to your computer. If the software has been used, even within the 7 days from the purchase date. If you simply change your mind and decide you no longer want the software. If you have not read the description and functionality of our software carefully before making the purchase.

  • License key.
  • Order number.
  • Proof of purchase (if applicable).
  • Purchased product.
  • Reason for the refund request.
