For digital content delivered immediately after payment, customers expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once delivery starts, the statutory withdrawal right is lost where applicable under French and EU consumer law.

If the digital product is defective or unavailable due to our fault, we provide one of the following remedies: fix, replacement, service credit, or refund where legally required.

For subscriptions, cancellation of auto-renew is available from the customer dashboard. Cancellation can be immediate or effective at the end of the current billing period depending on customer choice.

When a subscription renews, a new key may be issued and sent by email. The customer dashboard is designed to keep one active key entry per product to avoid duplicated rows.

Chargebacks, abuse, account sharing, and fraud investigations are handled under our Terms of Sale and may suspend access until resolution.
