How your subscription works

When you buy a subscription product and pay by card, your first payment is processed immediately through our payment provider (Soge Commerce). Where card tokenisation is enabled on our account, your card details are stored securely by the payment provider as a token so that future renewals can be charged automatically without you re-entering your card each time.

Each renewal is aligned with the billing cycle you chose (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly). When a renewal is due, we attempt to charge the stored payment method for the same price tier as your original purchase (unless we have informed you of a lawful price change in advance). If the charge succeeds, you receive a new licence key by email and your subscription period is extended. Your customer dashboard keeps a single active key per product and updates it when a new key is issued, so you are not flooded with duplicate entries.

If our payment provider does not return a reusable token (for example if tokenisation is not available for your transaction), renewals may still deliver access keys on schedule, but automatic card charges may not occur until tokenisation is active; in that case you may need to purchase or pay again as we notify you.

If a renewal payment is declined or fails, your subscription may be marked as past due or suspended until the issue is resolved. We will send you an email asking you to take action (for example updating your payment method or contacting support). You can also manage auto-renew from your dashboard (cancel at period end, cancel immediately, or reactivate where offered).

By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected billing cycle (daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly), subject to the process above.

Price, tax status (VAT), billing frequency, and trial terms are displayed before payment confirmation.

Auto-renew can be canceled from your dashboard with either immediate stop or end-of-period stop. No hidden cancellation path is used.

If auto-renew remains active, billing continues until cancellation is requested by the customer.

We may suspend subscription access in case of payment failure, fraud, abuse, or breach of Terms.
